SEEKING: Fern Creek Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Minister of Music combined with either Children or Education. Applicants must exemplify a growing relationship with God, spiritual maturity, responsible authority, fervent evangelism, sound theology, and effective communication skills with all age groups. 	Rev. Linda Barnes Popham Pastor Telephone: 502-239-0316 Ext. 103 Linda Barnes Popham began her ministry at Fern Creek Baptist Church in March 1983 as Minister of Music and Youth. Later her role transitioned to Minister of Music and Education and then to Interim Pastor in August 1990. She was called as Pastor in April 1993. Linda, a native of Sheffield, Alabama, is a graduate of the University of North Alabama and of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Linda has served on church staffs in various capacities in Alabama and Kentucky since the age of 16. Linda married George Popham in October 2001 and inherited two step-sons and daughters-in-law. George and Linda have four grandchildren. Linda's greatest passion is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with others.

	Terri Bosemer Child Development Center Director Telephone: 502-239-0316 Ext. 108 Terri Bosemer has been with the Fern Creek Baptist Church Child Development Center since 2001 and has served in every capacity from a Teacher to Administrative Assistant and then to Assistant Director. Terri then became the Director of the CDC in 2009. Terri has been in the field of Early Childhood Development most of her adult life. She has a clear vision of the purpose and future of our Center. Terri and her husband, Keith, have three children: Patrick, Corey, and Paige.
	Joellen Johnston Organist Joellen Tyler Johnston joined the staff of Fern Creek Baptist Church in March 2006. She is a native of Louisville and lives in Jeffersontown. Previously Joellen was the organist for ten years at Eastern Parkway Baptist and nearly eighteen years at Beechmont Baptist Church. She is a graduate of the University of Louisville and a local historian who has been a regular history columnist for two Spencer County newspapers. In 1997 she wrote Jeffersontown, Kentucky: The First 200 Years which was published by the city of Jeffersontown in celebration of their bicentennial.
	Karen Love Pianist Karen Love has been a member and pianist of Fern Creek Baptist Church since January, 2020 (after being part-time pianist since 2012). Karen previously was pianist or organist at churches in Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee. She graduated from Cincinnati Conservatory of Music (University of Cincinnati) in 1981 and the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1983. Karen and her late husband Dave were married for 32 years and their two adult sons are Drew and Caleb.

	Jodie Towles Bookkeeper Telephone: 502-239-0316 Ext. 102 Jodie Towles has been a member at Fern Creek Baptist Church since 2001. She has served as Bookkeeper since October 2011. Jodie previously served as Stewardship Chairperson and Treasurer. She graduated from Sullivan University in June 1996 with a Bachelor in Accounting and in March 2000 with her MBA. Jodie and her husband, Chris, currently teach 3rd and 4th grade Sunday School. They were married at Fern Creek Baptist Church in April 2006. They have one daughter, Emma Rae.
